An Evening with Italian Saxophone Quartet

Chamber music takes an unexpected turn as the Italian Saxophone Quartet brings soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones together in a program ranging from Handel and Bach to Bizet, Albéniz, Astor Piazzolla, Scott Joplin and spirituals like Amazing Grace and Go Down Moses. Known for their inventive repertoire and dynamic performances, the ensemble has earned acclaim on international stages.
This concert is part of the 2025/2026 Martha/Mary Concerts season, now in its twenty-first year of presenting world-class music at accessible prices in Miami. Each event includes a post-concert reception with the artists, free onsite parking and a tour of La Merced Chapel, along with a student art exhibit presented in partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
An Evening with Italian Saxophone Quartet takes place Friday, October 24 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in West Wynwood/East Allapattah.
