Bayfront Park Shoreline Cleanup
Dec 17, 2025
From: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
A weekday cleanup brings volunteers to Bayfront Park as Clean Miami Beach and the City of Miami host a shoreline effort on Wednesday, December 17. Participants will work along the park’s rocky waterfront, clearing debris from mixed terrain to support the health of Biscayne Bay.
Closed-toed shoes are required for safety, and attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles for the onsite refill station and use reef-safe sun protection. Cleanup supplies, including sanitized gloves, buckets, bags and pickers, will be provided. Volunteers will meet by the rocky shoreline to the left of the park’s main center fountain; additional details are shared in the confirmation email for those who RSVP.
Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or beneath the Biscayne Boulevard guardrail near the Metromover. Open to all ages, the event also offers community service hours for participants who arrive on time. Supported by City of Miami Commissioner Damian Pardo and his office, the cleanup contributes to the ongoing stewardship of Miami’s urban shoreline.
