Starting: 7:30 PM
An immersive night of original pop performance kicks off the Frost School of Music’s spring Creative American Music Festival.
CAM Fest: Live & in Every Color | PLAY takes place Tuesday, April 14 at the Hormel Innovation Stage at the Knight Center for Innovation. Directed by Raina Murnak, the concert features Frost’s music video ensemble PLAY in a high-energy showcase blending live performance with dynamic visuals, creative costuming and multimedia design.
Part of the Bruce Hornsby Creative American Music Program (CAM), the ensemble highlights original songs by Frost students working at the intersection of pop, contemporary songwriting and production. Known for its forward-looking approach, CAM centers student artists as composers, performers and producers, offering audiences a first listen to music poised for wider stages.
Presented as the opening event of the Spring CAM Fest, the evening offers a vivid, genre-spanning snapshot of Frost’s contemporary music community. Tickets are $10 for general admission.
