Deadbeats: 10 Year Anniversary

A milestone showcase during Miami Music Week marks a decade of forward-thinking electronic music as Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label celebrates its 10-year anniversary.

Deadbeats: 10 Year Anniversary takes place Thursday, March 26 at Mana Wynwood. Part of Miami Music Week programming, the event highlights the evolution of Deadbeats, the record label founded by Canadian electronic duo Zeds Dead as a platform for emerging and genre-spanning producers. The lineup will be announced closer to the event.

Founded by Zeds Dead members Dylan “DC” Mamid and Zachary “Hooks” Rapp-Rovan, Deadbeats reflects the duo’s wide-ranging sound, which draws from dubstep, house, drum and bass, hip-hop and related electronic styles. The anniversary event returns to Miami, one of the cities closely tied to the label’s early growth, positioning the night as both a retrospective and a forward-looking showcase within Miami Music Week.
