Déjà Vu
Aug 08, 2026
Starting: 10:00 PM
Afro-Caribbean rhythms, bass-heavy club music, electro and house converge in an all-Miami lineup marking two years of DÉJÀ VU. The 21-and-older anniversary party takes place Thursday, August 27 at 10 p.m. at Jolene Sound Room Miami, with sets by Pressure Point, Baby Jesus B2B Winter Wrong, DB Cooper B2B Roll-E and CHAOS!.
Akia Dorsainvil, who performs as Pressure Point, is a DJ, cultural worker and transdisciplinary artist behind Masisi and Masisi Radio. His work connects Black dance-music traditions with sounds from the Caribbean diaspora, while creating platforms for Miami artists through parties, radio and multidisciplinary programming.
Winter Wrong is known for bass-driven blends of pop, techno, electro and house, while Baby Jesus appears across Miami’s house and Latin-club circuit. DB Cooper draws from Florida breaks, Miami bass and electro, pairing with Roll-E, a versatile selector who incorporates house, funk, live instrumentation and MCing. DÉJÀ VU founder CHAOS! rounds out the lineup with sets spanning deep house, electro and 1990s European tech house.
Jolene Sound Room occupies an intimate basement space beneath the Julia & Henry building in Downtown Miami, with interiors inspired by midcentury recording studios and 1970s leisure culture.
