A hands-on cooking workshop at Eataly Aventura offers guests a chance to learn the techniques behind a classic Northern Italian pasta dish while embracing a festive holiday theme.
In Hands-On: Tagliolini Burro e Caviale, participants watch the Scuola instructor demonstrate how to prepare delicate egg-based tagliolini before making their own pasta dough by hand. Guests cut fresh tagliolini from prepared dough, sample a chef-made version of the dish, tossed in a rich butter sauce and finished with premium caviar, and enjoy two curated wine pairings during the session.
The class also covers the culinary traditions behind tagliolini al caviale and includes take-home recipes along with a discount for shopping in the Eataly marketplace.
