Guided meditation, sound healing and reflective journaling create an evening of intention-setting in the garden at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, the gathering takes place Thursday, September 10, during the hours leading up to September’s new moon.
The program combines a grounding meditation with an immersive sound bath and writing exercises focused on renewal, daily rituals and the transition into a new season. Seasonal herbal cooling elixirs and time for community connection complete the garden gathering.
