Mind, Body, Soul Wellness Festival
Sep 27, 2026
From: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Movement, meditation, sound healing and dance come together for a free wellness festival at the Marshall L. Davis, Sr. African Heritage Cultural Arts Center. Presented by Sacred Vedic Arts on Sunday, September 27, the Mind, Body, Soul Wellness Festival is held in conjunction with Song of the Soul, an exhibition exploring identity, connection and purpose through painting, sound and storytelling. The day is organized around physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, with activities scheduled throughout the center.
Programming includes yoga and meditation with Victoria Brunacci of Synergy Yoga, dance led by Malini Dasi, a yoga class with 2026 U.S. National Yoga Champion Nikunja Vilasi Das and sound healing with Prabhavati Dasi. The afternoon continues with an interfaith conversation led by Srimati Syamarani Dasi, group kirtan and a dance performance inspired by the Bhagavad Gita.
The Song of the Soul gallery will remain open throughout the festival, with group tours offered during the day. Vegetarian and vegan food will be available for purchase, and on-site parking is free.
