Mother's Day Brunch at Blue Matisse

A multi-station brunch at the InterContinental at Doral brings together international cuisine and classic favorites for a Mother’s Day dining experience. Taking place Sunday, May 10 at Blue Matisse Restaurant and Nau Lounge, the buffet-style event offers a wide range of options designed for a leisurely midday gathering. The setting combines indoor dining with a relaxed lounge atmosphere suited for groups and families.

The menu features a seafood station with shrimp, oysters and crab claws, along with a carving station offering prime rib and pork belly. Additional highlights include a live pasta station, sushi selections, ceviche and tiradito, as well as hot dishes such as pescado a lo macho and garlic-lemon chicken. Breakfast items range from made-to-order waffles and avocado toast to pastries and smoked salmon, while a dedicated children’s selection includes familiar favorites.
