Social padel, sound healing and cold-plunge recovery shape a Labor Day Weekend wellness afternoon at ULTRA Magic City. Padel & Recovery: Labor Day Weekend Social takes place Saturday, September 5 at Ultra Padel Club, with a program designed around movement, relaxation and post-workout recovery. Organized by Ultra Padel Club, the event combines social play with optional wellness experiences from local partners.
Participants can begin with casual padel play before taking part in a guided sound bath led by Essentia Yoga and a cold plunge experience by Grotto Social Baths. Additional recovery and wellness activations will be offered by Chilltherapy, Oasis and Miami Beach Bum, along with refreshments and partner surprises.
Tickets are $50 per person, and advance registration is required. Guests should wear comfortable athletic attire and may want to bring a swimsuit and change of clothes for the cold plunge, as well as a yoga mat for the sound bath. Recovery activities are optional, allowing participants to take part according to their comfort level.
