Reuse-A-Palooza
Feb 21, 2026
From: Noon to 4:00 PM
Creativity, sustainability and hands-on community engagement come together at The Moss Center for Reuse-A-Palooza 2026, a free afternoon gathering devoted to giving everyday objects new life. The event brings together The Things Lab and Debris Free Oceans for an interactive program designed to spark imagination, reduce waste and strengthen local connections.
Throughout the day, guests can browse the Things Swap, exchange items at the Clothing Swap or take part in open-ended making stations that transform assorted materials into new creations. Repair and mending tables offer guidance for fixing household items, while additional activities highlight practical ways to reuse, upcycle and rethink consumption. Local organizations focused on environmental sustainability will also be onsite, creating space for neighbors to share knowledge and resources.
More than a swap or workshop series, Reuse-A-Palooza is a community-building event centered on creativity and care, one that invites all ages to participate in shaping a more sustainable future.
This free event takes place Saturday, February 21.
