This cocktail-style event celebrates the versatility of the rose through a curated menu of handcrafted vegan dishes, floral wines and rosewater cocktails—alongside chef-driven creations competing for a $1,000 guest-voted prize.
Expect a blend of savory and sweet bites, such as rose harissa glazed carrots, pink velvet rose cupcakes and saffron-rose couscous salad cones, complemented by drinks like the Lychee-Rose Martini and a non-alcoholic rose lemonade bar. Tickets are $87.61 for general admission or $116.15 with wine and cocktail pairings. Chef entries are $116.15 and include VIP perks. Space is limited.
