Salserisimo

A high-energy salsa night brings live rhythms, social dancing and Latin music culture to Doral’s open-air food hall setting.

Salserisimo takes place on Friday, December 19, starting at 8 p.m., at Shoma Bazaar in Doral. Presented by Miami Salsa Events, the evening centers on social salsa dancing accompanied by DJ sets and live percussion, creating an atmosphere geared toward both experienced dancers and newcomers.

The night includes a free salsa class at 9 p.m. led by Mel In Motion, followed by open dancing powered by DJ Mike Calderon and DJ Compay, with live congas by Eduardo Cano and timbales by Joseph Watts. Guests can pair the music and dancing with food and drinks from Shoma Bazaar’s vendors throughout the evening.

Admission is free, and the event is designed as a casual, community-oriented salsa gathering within one of Doral’s central nightlife and dining destinations.
