Savor the Season at The Tank Brewing Co. features a four-course menu built around peak-season ingredients, with each dish matched to a selection from the brewery’s lineup. The evening includes tasting notes and pairing guidance from the head brewer, with limited seating to keep the experience intimate.
Courses include pumpkin and crab ravioli with butternut squash sauce paired with Alone in the Dark (Dark Czech lager); pork cheek pot pie paired with West is the Best (IPA); duck confit with roasted potatoes paired with Finka (Saison); and a cookie-and-beer flight with four mini cookies—cornbread, walnut with mini chocolate chips, brownie coquito and pumpkin—paired with four surprise beers.
The dinner takes place on December 11; seating begins at 7 p.m.
