Mar 14, 2026
From: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Young performers from across South Dade take the stage during the South Dade Youth Music Festival at Losner Park in Homestead. Presented by Arts Access Miami, the second annual event takes place Saturday, March 14, celebrating the next generation of student musicians through live performances and community gathering.
The festival highlights youth talent from local schools and arts programs, offering young artists an opportunity to perform in a public setting while connecting with peers, families and the broader community. The afternoon program showcases a variety of musical styles and ensembles as students share the results of their arts education and creative development.
Arts Access Miami is a coalition-based initiative focused on expanding access to music and arts education across Miami-Dade County. By connecting schools, nonprofits and community partners, the organization works to increase opportunities for young people to participate in the arts. Its programs have supported thousands of students through instrument donations, youth performances and grants aimed at strengthening arts education in underserved communities.
Held in downtown Homestead, Losner Park provides an open-air setting for the festival, inviting families and community members to gather and support local youth musicians during an afternoon of live music.
