The Gratitude Project Picnic at Patch
Nov 23, 2025
From: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Surrounded by lotus ponds and old-growth forest, Patch of Heaven Sanctuary invites guests to reflect, recharge and reconnect during a mindful retreat in honor of National Gratitude Month.
Led by Suzanne Jewell, Chief Experience Officer at Patch and a certified mindfulness and forest therapy guide, the half-day experience explores how gratitude can rewire the brain for greater resilience, optimism and joy. Participants will learn practical tools to integrate thankfulness into daily life through guided meditation, journaling and silent walks in nature, all designed to nurture both emotional and physical well-being.
Set within 20 serene acres, the program includes a light picnic featuring artisanal bread, olive oil, olives, hummus and fruit, followed by moments of reflection and community sharing.
