A five-course Valentine’s Day dining experience unfolds against sweeping waterfront views at the Rusty Pelican on Key Biscayne.
Designed for an evening of connection and indulgence, the Valentine’s Day Experience at the Rusty Pelican features a chef-curated tasting menu that moves from refined starters to elegant entrées and a composed dessert finale. Highlights include truffle tomato cones with caviar, VIP nigiri topped with Osetra caviar, lamb ragu gnocchi braised in Barolo, whole prawns in a tom yum reduction, and main course selections such as seabass with caviar beurre blanc or short ribs with truffle risotto. Dessert closes the experience with a duet of chocolate and matcha “caviar” creations.
The dinner takes place Saturday, February 14, with seating options available indoors, at window tables or on the patio overlooking Biscayne Bay. Optional wine pairings are offered for an additional fee. Reservations are required.
