Valentine's Day Omakase

An intimate omakase dining experience centered on traditional Edomae sushi offers a refined way to mark Valentine’s Day in Miami Beach.

Valentine’s Day Omakase takes place Saturday, February 14 at 7 p.m. at The Den, the hidden omakase room inside Azabu Miami Beach at The Stanton Hotel. The evening features Omakase Matsu, a 22-course chef’s tasting menu priced at $350 per person, including a champagne toast. Guests are seated at an 18-seat counter, where master sushi chefs guide the experience course by course using premium seasonal ingredients, many flown in from Tokyo’s Toyosu fish market.

The Den specializes in Edomae-style sushi and presents a highly structured dining format. All guests must be able to consume raw fish, with limited dietary accommodations available if arranged in advance. Reservations are prepaid and subject to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, a 15-minute grace period and a 90-minute seating limit.
