World Happiness Fest

Discover how happiness can drive meaningful change at work and in life during a two-day event combining personal well-being and organizational insight.

World Happiness Fest 2026 returns to Pinecrest Gardens March 13–14 with in-person workshops, keynotes and roundtable discussions geared toward coaches, HR professionals and changemakers in the workplace. Presented in partnership with the Village of Pinecrest, ICF and Florida International University, the gathering emphasizes evidence-based practices and community-building strategies that support engagement, cultural wellness and leadership development.

The program features sessions led by international experts, immersive wellness activities and opportunities to connect with a global network of peers. Online programming continues March 17–19, expanding access to the festival’s themes and tools for transformation.
