Best Peruvian Cuisine In Miami

Scallop over pink mouse at Aromas del Peru

Best Peruvian Restaurants In Miami

By Melissa Puppo - August 17, 2026

When cravings for vibrant ceviches and pisco sours hit, know you’re never far from top-tier Peruvian cuisine in Greater Miami and Miami Beach. The destination abounds with classic Peruvian restaurants as well as fusion spots that blend in Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Spanish and indigenous Peruvian influences. From authentic, family-run eateries to modern and trendy concepts, here’s where to dine for the best Peruvian food and drinks.

    CVI.CHE 105

CVI.CHE 105 is a standout Peruvian restaurant in Miami, with five locations, including in Downtown Miami, South Beach, Aventura, Coral Gables and Dadeland. Large families and groups of friends come together in a lively atmosphere with colorful decor to savor the restaurant’s namesake specialty: ceviche.

There are almost a dozen to choose from, including Clásico De Toda La Vida, made with classic leche de tigre, and Ceviche Chic, which bathes the catch of the day in a yellow pepper ponzu leche de tigre prepared Nikkei-style. Main entrees feature staples, like linguine and Peruvian pesto with yellow pepper cream.

Ceviche served with sweet potato and corn at Pisco y Nazca
Sip a pisco sour and savor modern Peruvian favorites at Pisco y Nazca.

    Pisco Y Nazca

Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar takes its name from Nazca, a desert town on Peru’s southern coast known for its mysterious ancient geoglyphs, as well as pisco, the Peruvian grape brandy produced in the region.

Stop by the Doral or Kendall locations to sample pisco sours and local and international beers before diving into the menu, which puts a modern twist on traditional Peruvian cuisine. Highlights include a ceviche callejero made street-style, grilled beef tenderloin anticuchos (skewered meat) and ají de gallina (Peruvian chicken stew).

Taste the diverse flavors of Peru at Aromas del Peru.

    Aromas del Peru

Aromas del Peru brings the flavors of the Andes, the Pacific and Lima to Miami, with six locations around the destination. The menu blends classic Peruvian cooking with Creole, African, Chinese, Spanish and Italian influences, spanning everything from sushi and seafood to pastas and risottos.

You’ll find the classics, like ceviches and causas, as well as inventive takes on sushi maki rolls. For example, the new Salmon Parma brings together shrimp tempura and avocado topped with torched salmon, parma butter cheese and teriyaki sauce. Wash it all down with a Peruvian soda or craft beer.

    Barra Callao

Equally great for date night or solo dining, Barra Callao brings refreshing ceviche dishes to North Miami Beach. With just 12 counter spots, you’ll sit close enough to watch the chef meticulously craft your meal.

Try artfully plated dishes, like the Japanese Hokkaido scallop in a yuzu leche de tigre dotted with pickled golden berries and Japanese cucumber. We recommend trying the octopus carpaccio, delicate slices of octopus bathed in a Peruvian “botija” olive sauce and topped with airy rice crisps, as well as the cilantro seafood rice, the Barra Callaot’s take on seafood paella with a cilantro-based sauce.

    Jarana’s Peruvian stir-fried noodles
Gather your crew and savor bold Peruvian flavors at Jarana.

    Jarana Aventura

Jarana is a Peruvian concept and pisco bar located at The Abbey at Aventura. Its name is inspired by the festive nature of a traditional “jarana,” a spontaneous celebration. Grab a seat on the outdoor terrace or in the colorful dining room to order from a menu that fuses traditional dishes with Japanese, Chinese and Italian cultures.

Jarana’s Spanish charcoal grill-oven prepares everything from rotisserie chicken to prime Angus ribeye. If you’re with a group, we recommend ordering the Criollo platter, which includes papa a la huancaína, choclo with huacatay cream, chicken causa, yuca with ají amarillo sauce, ají de gallina croquettes, veal heart anticuchitos and crispy pork belly.

    Mar y Tierra

Tucked on a quiet street in Downtown Miami, Mar y Tierra is a quaint spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Portions are generous, especially when ordering the locals’ favorite jalea mixta (assorted fried fish) and the chaufa, available with seafood, chicken or a mix of both.

Fresh ceviches are marinated in leche de tigre, with several varieties available. Not sure which one to choose? Go with the trio, which comes with traditional, rocoto and ají amarillo, served alongside boiled sweet potatoes, choclo and cancha. The counter also blends refreshing mango and passion fruit juices into a texture closer to a frozen smoothie to enjoy alongside your meal.

Discover bold Peruvian-Japanese flavors at Amazonia Nikkei.

    Amazonia Nikkei

Head to Main Street in Miami Lakes, where you'll find Amazonia Nikkei, a chic, cozy restaurant where chefs specialized in Asian cuisine prepare bold Peruvian-Japanese dishes alongside specialty cocktails and sake.

Discover modern takes on classics, such as lomo saltado gyoza in a huancaina sauce, octopus tiradito with burned avocado in black olives sauce and rice with huacatay emulsion and ají de gallina.
