Doors open: 5:00 PM | Show starts: 6:00 PM
An 80-voice gospel choir and band bring the Black Gospel tradition to the Miami Beach Bandshell for a free evening performance. Florida Fellowship Super Choir takes place Sunday, October 4 at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. Presented by Rhythm Foundation and the City of Miami Beach, the concert is part of the Miami Beach Arts in the Parks series.
Founded in 2017 by Minister Corey P. Edwards, the Florida Fellowship Super Choir brings together singers, songwriters, directors and musicians from across the state. The ensemble, also known as F2 Super Choir, is rooted in faith, family and fellowship and includes members from a range of denominations and backgrounds.
The choir gained national attention in 2022 as a winner of How Sweet the Sound, a gospel choir competition hosted by Donald Lawrence, and has since brought its music to international audiences through European tours. The Miami Beach performance marks the group’s 10 years of service and is expected to include local and national surprise guests.
