A playful Spanish-language stage production brings music, movement and imagination to the Miami Beach Bandshell as part of the Miami Beach Arts in the Parks series.
La Hora de No Dormir, presented by Simbio Art Corp, is a theatrical experience designed for children of all ages, especially those ages 3 to 8. Blending live music, dance, acting and clowning with multimedia elements, the production draws inspiration from pop culture to create a visually engaging world that encourages creativity and curiosity. The story follows young Luly, whose bedtime becomes an adventure filled with songs, stories and playful encounters with monsters, wandering sheep and mysterious shadows, as her mother attempts to complete the final task of the day.
The performance takes place Sunday, May 17. Admission is free with RSVP, offering families an accessible evening of theater that celebrates imagination, storytelling and the joy of performance in an outdoor setting.
