Quinto, the all-day restaurant at the EAST Miami hotel, is best known for its wood-fired cooking and Latin American cuisine.

Casa Zeru
Casa Zeru inside the recently refreshed Brickell Arch hotel offers refined Mediterranean cuisine with a Basque focus. Intimate and elegant, this spot works just as well for a quick weekday lunch as it does a leisurely dinner.
When it’s offered: For Miami Spice, Casa Zero is offering a $40 weekday lunch menu as well as a $65 dinner menu from Monday through Saturday. The $95 Reserve menu is available Thursday through Saturday.
What we’re ordering: Highlights from lunch include a chilled watermelon gazpacho with green apple and fennel and roasted berry salad with goat cheese and balsamic reduction. For dinner, go with the cured salmon crudo, linguine with black truffle and dorade with caramelized cauliflower purée.
For the full experience, the six-course Reserve menu features scallop with passion fruit and trout roe, osso buco risotto and torrija with toasted butter ice cream and black truffle. A monthly wine pairing dinner is also available.

Sugar

Tea Room
