Colorful Only-In-Miami Street Art
From Wynwood Walls to the murals in Calle Ocho (SW 8th Street), Miami wears its art on its sleeve as a great place for photos you’ll want to share. In Wynwood, vibrant, oversized graffiti art blankets many buildings, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for photos. As you explore the neighborhood, you'll discover Instagram-worthy spots around nearly every corner.

The Little Havana mural at 2614 SW 8th St. in Little Havana colorfully depicts the vibrant lifestyle of Miami’s Cuban neighborhood. Look closely and you’ll you’ll see many of the symbols of Little Havana depicted within the letters, including dominoes and Cuban cafecito.
The “Love” mural, by local artist  Renda Writer, covers the entire exterior of 2711 NE 2nd Ave. in the Edgewater neighborhood. The word “love” is written and intermingled in different ways all over the building.

Famous Lifeguard Stands and Panoramic Views
Architect William Lane’s colorful lifeguard stands in Miami Beach have become an iconic symbol of the destination and more than places where lifeguards oversee our gorgeous beaches. There are dozens in an array of shapes and vibrant colors, setting apart these beaches from those anywhere else. Snap a selfie in front of one of them for a classic Miami photo.

South Pointe Park, at the southernmost point of South Beach, is where Biscayne Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. The park offers magnificent views of Downtown Miami to the west, a white-sand beach with turquoise water to the east and giant, colorful cruise ships sailing in and out of PortMiami.

Lummus Park in South Beach has served as a backdrop for popular TV shows such as “Miami Vice” and “Burn Notice” and offers more gorgeous beach views.

Scenic Hotels & Flashy Restaurants
Miami is home to several hotels and restaurants with memorable views inside and out. The National Hotel Miami Beach is one of South Beach’s most historic Art Deco hotels, and its 205-foot-long infinity pool makes for dramatic photos.

The Villa Casa Casuarina hotel, once the home of renowned designer Gianni Versace, features a breathtaking garden and a 54-foot mosaic swimming pool adorned with 24-karat gold. You must be a hotel guest or dining at Gianni's to get in.
In North Beach, the views from the rooftop pool deck at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort are highly photo worthy.

In Brickell, the see-and-be-seen restaurant Sexy Fish flaunts a vibrant, underwater-themed interior adorned with original artwork by Damien Hirst. Even the restrooms are works of art.
Queen Miami Beach in South Beach resides in the historic Paris Theater, an iconic Art Deco landmark. Meticulously restored, the interior blends the opulence of Art Deco design with modern luxury, stylish balconies and intimate dining spaces. The stage frequently comes alive with spontaneous musical performances.

Unique Architectural Landmarks & Lush Outdoor Spaces
South Beach’s Art Deco buildings are an easy win for standout Instagram shots. Wander through the neighborhood and you’ll find yourself capturing one eye-catching photo after another.

The Ancient Spanish Monastery was constructed in Spain in the 12th century, brought stone-by-stone to the United States and reassembled in North Miami Beach in the early 1950s. Its beautiful gardens, fanciful courtyard with medieval statues, carvings and stained-glass windows are unlike anything you’ll find in Miami.

The Deering Estate, on Biscayne Bay in Palmetto Bay, the former home of industrialist Charles Deering, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Its 444 acres feature historic buildings, coastal views and natural trails.

The formal gardens at Renaissance-inspired Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, in Coconut Grove, evoke the elegance of the French palace of Versailles They blend formal European design with lush tropical elements, such as palm trees, rare orchids and features constructed from Cuban limestone, reflecting Old World grandeur and Miami’s beauty.

The sprawling gardens at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables were designed to feel like a great outdoor room. Set across 83 acres of lush gardens, rainforests and coastal habitats, it showcases over 3,400 species of flora and fauna, including tropical fruits, orchids, butterflies, and a rich variety of native and exotic plants, making for an Instagrammable background.

See the Lights Go on In South Beach
Several TV shows and movies, including “Scarface,” have been filmed at the Art Deco-style Colony Hotel in South Beach. You’ll definitely want to take a photo in front of the hotel and its classic neon sign, with COLONY running vertically down the facade and HOTEL across the top of the entrance.
The 11th Street Diner was built as a dining car in 1948 and transported to Miami in 1992. Its teal and pink neon sign are excellent backdrops for pics that say, “I’m in South Beach.”
At world-famous Joe’s Stone Crab restaurant in South Beach, the classic red and green neon sign out front beckons diners to enjoy one of the destination’s most-iconic dishes: stone crabs.
