Virgin Voyages

Coming in 2020

Virgin Voyages' three beautiful new, mid-size ships will be made by the Italian shipyard Fincantieri and are slated for delivery in 2020, 2021 and 2022. PortMiami will be homeport for its first ship, a seven-day “Adult by Design” Caribbean Sea travel experience departing each Sunday. Virgin Voyages will differ from other cruise vessels with their design, size and onboard programs. Targeted to the young at heart, founder Sir Richard Branson hopes to build a world-class cruise line that will redefine the cruising experience for good. As a matter of fact, eco-conscious passengers will love that Virgin was the first major cruise line to have Climeon Ocean clean energy systems for its ships to generate energy using heat from the ship’s engines to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Being green and posh don’t have to be mutually-exclusive.
