Restaurants in Miami Spice for 15+ Years
- July 07, 2026
When Miami Spice Restaurant Months first launched more than two decades ago, the goal was simple: encourage locals and visitors to go out and explore Greater Miami and Miami Beach dining during the slower summer months of August and September. Today it's grown into a beloved and highly anticipated annual tradition, with hundreds of spots offering discounted prix-fixe menus for brunch, lunch and dinner.
There are always new concepts to check out – a major reason Miami Spice excites year after year. But a select few restaurants have remained committed to supporting the program for almost as long as it’s been around. From waterfront gems to old neighborhood staples, these gems have helped shape the program's legacy over 15-plus years while offering some of its most memorable prix-fixe experiences.
For 2026, Miami Spice lunch and brunch menus are set at $40, dinners are $50 or $65, and a new Miami Spice Reserve tier offers premium dining experiences starting at $95.
