Cool New Bars To Check Out In Miami
- January 18, 2026
Miami’s nightlife never stands still (and neither does its bar scene). From glamorous waterfront lounges and buzzy rooftops to intimate cocktail dens and storied music venues reborn, there’s always a new beverage-fueled venue to experience Miami’s ever-evolving taste for cocktails and overall vibes.
Whether you’re chasing impeccably made classics, boundary-pushing mixology or a place where the music matters just as much as what’s in your glass, these new bars in Miami deserve a spot on your radar.
The Living Room by Cipriani
Cipriani expands its Miami presence with The Living Room by Cipriani, an intimate late-night destination tucked beneath Cipriani in Brickell.
Equal parts elegant lounge and after-dark gathering space, this refined newcomer blends timeless Italian hospitality with a distinctly Miami sense of glamour. The design leans into Italian Art Deco, featuring lacquered walnut walls, bronze details, richly patterned carpets and two striking bars accented with Murano-glass lighting.
The menu showcases Cipriani classics, from the iconic Bellini to Carpaccio alla Cipriani, Baked Tagliolini and Risotto alla Primavera, alongside expertly crafted cocktails.
DJs spin nightly beginning at 10 p.m., giving the space a lively but never chaotic energy. A sweeping terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay is slated to open in early 2026, promising to make this one of Brickell’s most coveted bar settings.
Churchill’s Pub
After a five-year hiatus, the legendary Churchill’s Pub in Little Haiti has reopened, breathing new life into one of Miami’s most important live music institutions.
Founded in 1979, Churchill’s has hosted more than 20,000 performances over the decades and remains a cornerstone of the city’s alternative music scene. Its reopening preserves the venue’s gritty, no-frills charm while reestablishing it as a hub for live shows, DJs and community gatherings.
In a city constantly chasing what’s new, Churchill’s return is a reminder that some of the best bars in Miami are the ones with history, heart and a loyal following.
Mi Chini Cocktail Bar
Hidden just behind Phuc Yea, Mi Chini Cocktail Bar is a secretive, late-night lounge where Latin soul meets Asian flair.
Designed as an immersive escape, the intimate space pairs moody lighting, neon accents and lush greenery with a carefully curated soundtrack spanning salsa vieja, golden-era hip hop, disco, R&B and deep house.
The cocktail program is bold and expressive, featuring riffs on classics infused with ingredients like pandan, yuzu, lychee and passion fruit.
The menu of shareable bites – including chicken fingers with caviar, chorizo y morcilla and tofu bao – is designed to match the high-energy, flirtatious vibe of the room.
Music programming is curated by Grammy Award-winning artist Gamal “LunchMoney” Lewis, whose Miami roots and global résumé bring a deeply local yet international sound to the space.
Mi Chini is a cocktail bar with its experience built around culture, rhythm and connection.
Mae’s Room
Mae’s Room is Coconut Grove’s newest go-to cocktail den, offering a more refined alternative to the neighborhood’s dive-heavy bar scene.
Located in the courtyard behind Chug’s Diner, this intimate bar delivers candlelit booths, plush seating and a menu of spirit-forward cocktails made for serious sipping. Expect classics like penicillins, Negronis with absinthe and freezer-cold martinis, all executed with precision.
The bar comes from Ariete Hospitality Group in partnership with Mae’s Group, with acclaimed bartender Tom Lasher-Walker leading the program. The result is a space that feels timeless yet fresh, and equally suited for date night or a relaxed evening with friends.
Amazónico Rooftop
High above Brickell, the newly opened Amazónico Rooftop offers a lush, nocturnal escape inspired by the energy of the rainforest.
Designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, the open-air rooftop blends bold architecture with tropical greenery, anchored by the dramatic Peacock Bar and a glowing LED DJ booth.
The cocktail menu highlights exotic ingredients and rare spirits, with standouts like the Amazonegroni, Sangria Blanca, spicy Palomito and the Peacock Spritz, which is served in a whimsical peacock glass.
Light bites, including toro tuna tartare with caviar and picanha medianoche sliders, round out the experience.
With curated music, late-night energy and panoramic city views, Amazónico Rooftop is quickly earning its place among the best rooftop bars in Miami.
Right Hand Miami
Right Hand Miami is the new intimate cocktail bar located in Downtown Miami inside the former Margot Wine Bar space. It’s got a sleek, atmospheric vibe that’s perfect for first dates and evening drinks.
The bar leans into a “farm-to-bar” approach with craft cocktails that feel thoughtful and refined – think fresh sugarcane accents and seasonal inspirations that elevate classic recipes.
While the focus is on creative mixed drinks, the cozy interior with moody lighting and relaxed energy makes it a standout among Miami bars for pre-dinner sips or a laid-back nightcap.
