What To Drink With Your Miami Spice Menu
- August 12, 2025
Miami Spice Restaurant Months has arrived, and that means over 200 restaurants in Greater Miami & Miami Beach are offering three-course prix fixe menus for just $35 at lunch and brunch and $45/$60 at dinner through September. Naturally, you’re going to want to pair those delicious meals with something equally wonderful to drink, and you’re in luck. We have your Miami Spice drink recommendations, featuring rosés, wines and a new drink created especially for Miami Spice, the Margarita Spice.
Where Wine Meets Spice
In the summer, there’s nothing like a perfectly chilled glass of wine, and this year, Miami Spice has partnered with two official wine sponsors, Terrazas de los Andes and Whispering Angel. Whispering Angel rosé can be found on many menus in Miami and pairs well with both pool days and fancy meals. It has a fresh taste with delicate red berry notes and an elegant finish that pairs beautifully with everything from seafood and salads to bold Latin flavors.
Head to Mayfair Grill, helmed by “Chopped” champion Giorgio Rapicavoli, in Coconut Grove for the hearts of palm ceviche with pineapple, cilantro and jalapeno, or make your way to celebrity Chef Michael White’s MIKA in Coral Gables for the pesto gnocchi. Both dishes would be brightened by the crispness of this delicate rosé.

Or pair your Miami Spice meal with a Terrazas de los Andes chardonnay, Malbec or cabernet sauvignon. These wines pair well with a wide range of cuisines, from grilled meats to bold, flavorful dishes, making them perfect for the diverse flavors found on Miami Spice menus.
At Sparrow Italia in Wynwood, the spicy rigatoni with buffalo mozzarella, Calabrian chili, Parmesan and basil would be perfectly complemented by Terraza de los Andes cabernet sauvignon, thanks to the wine’s vibrant, oaky notes.
At Matador Room, inside The Miami Beach EDITION in Mid Beach, you’ll find a light, fresh squash blossom pizza on the Miami Spice weekend brunch menu that would be delightful with Terraza de los Andes chardonnay, thanks to its buttery finish that will enhance the pizza’s housemade ricotta.

A Margarita With A Kick
If you’re looking for something with a bit more kick, Mexica Tequila has crafted a cocktail just for Miami Spice, aptly named the Margarita Spice. It’s made with Mexica Tequila Blanco, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice and agave nectar and garnished with spice lemongrass. Find this special drink at restaurants ranging from Italian-inspired Serafina in Aventura, old school Miami institution 94th Aero Squadron near Miami International Airport, cult classic Eating House in Coral Gables and MICHELIN-starred Le Jardinier Miami in the Miami Design District, to name a few.

Mangrove in Downtown Miami also has the Margarita Spice on the menu, but one of its most-popular drinks is the tequila-based Hotstepper, made with Chinola passion fruit liqueur, Jrk! bonnet hot sauce, agave and lime juice. It pairs really well with the chicken wings offered as an appetizer on the Miami Spice menu.
At Hell’s Kitchen, also in Downtown Miami, sip a Margarita Spice or enjoy the bestselling Eighteen Stars cocktail, made with tequila reposado, Cointreau liqueur, yellow pepper, passion fruit and lime. It’s ideally paired with the the crispy skin salmon served with coconut green curry, sticky rice and Thai apple slaw. Those bright, fun flavors scream Miami summer like no other.

Where to Sip
There’s no shortage of great places where you can enjoy these specials and sips. At The Hampton Social in Brickell, you can pair both Whispering Angel and Terrazas de los Andes with dishes like tuna tartare and honey-glazed salmon.
For those craving Mediterranean food, Yaya Coastal Cuisine in North Miami is also featuring both brands, while all of Motek's locations will have plenty of Whispering Angel on hand. Rosé and a chicken schnitzel sandwich served with cabbage slaw and harissa aioli sounds to us like a great lunch of dinner.
Snag the Margarita Spice cocktail in Wynwood at dōma, where it goes surprisingly well with the branzino filet that’s served with purple potato puree, grilled baby leeks, crispy black rice and a basil aioli. Head over to Orilla Bar & Grill in South Beach to sip the spicy beverage while enjoying the housemade empanadas and juicy flank steak on its Miami Spice menu.

Take in rooftop views of Miami Beach at Serena, where the Margarita Spice enhances all of the Mexican food on the menu, especially the chochinita pibil tacos with braised pork and pickled onions and the shrimp ceviche with a tomatillo and serrano pepper leche de tigre.
Deals and offers are different at each restaurant, so ask your server if there are any Miami Spice beverage specials you can pair with your meal. Mayfair Grill, The Hampton Social, Yaya Coastal Cuisine and Zucca in Coral Gables feature both Whispering Angel & Terrazas de los Andes, while Zuri in Wynwood offers both wine brands and the Margarita Spice.
