Whether you're looking to finally book that special occasion dinner or simply curious to see what all the buzz is about, these MICHELIN-recognized hotspots are offering prix-fixe menus ranging from $40 brunches and lunches to $50 and $65 dinners, as well as elevated Reserve experiences starting at $95 throughout August and September. Reservations at these Miami Spice participating restaurants tend to get snapped up quickly, so be sure to plan ahead and lock in your seats. L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon
Two Stars
Perhaps Miami's most celebrated fine dining destination, MICHELIN Two Star L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is known for its intimate counter-style dining experience, impeccable French technique and luxurious ingredients. While L'Atelier is typically a spot reserved for special occasions, its Miami Spice offerings should not be missed.
When it’s offered: L’Atelier is participating with a Miami Spice Reserve dinner menu priced at $155 per person, available Tuesday through Sunday. The Chef's Experience, a $95 three-course lunch, is available exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays.
What we’re ordering: The four-course experience begins with Foie Gras Royale topped with parmesan foam and essence of Maury "Vieilles Vignes," followed by Les Tomates, a colorful combination of heirloom tomato and roasted beet salad with coconut yogurt flan and saffron. The pasta course is Les Agnolotti au Homard, a lobster and corn agnolotti with fava beans, fennel and zucchini. The main course of Iberico Pork Presa is served with cranberry bean fricassée and chili. For dessert, La Forêt Noire is a refined take on Black Forest cake with chocolate crémeux, cherries and Kirsch chantilly.

Ariete
One Star
One of Miami's most celebrated restaurants, Ariete helped put Coconut Grove on the national dining map with chef Michael Beltran's inventive approach to modern American cuisine infused with Cuban influences. Earning and maintaining a MICHELIN Star since the guide debuted in Florida, the restaurant is known for transforming familiar South Florida flavors dishes that feel both nostalgic and innovative.
When it’s offered: During Miami Spice, Ariete is offering a $65 dinner menu available seven days a week, making it one of the most accessible ways to experience the restaurant's acclaimed cooking.
What we’re ordering: Begin with dishes such as the tuna conserva with bluefin tuna, pickled cauliflower and bone marrow vinaigrette, or a rabbit tamal with corn velouté and spring onion. Highlights from the entrees include braised goat agnolotti with preserved lemon and peas; Ariete's local-favorite Chug Burger with double smash patties and house fries, or kampachi paired with fish chorizo, crispy potato and romesco. Finish with flan or a seasonal sorbet.

COTE Miami
One Star
COTE in the Miami Design District is a sleek and sexy blend of Korean barbecue and American steakhouse luxury. The food and drinks are executed to perfection, and the vibe is always festive and communal, with plush booths surrounding personal grills where the house experts prepare your feast before your eyes.
When it’s offered: COTE’s popular Miami Spice weekday lunch menu returns, punching well above its price point at just $40.
What we’re ordering: Start with options like steak tartare or a truffle shrimp salad before moving on to entrées such as Dol-sot bibimbap, COTE’s popular fried chicken or a Florida snapper sandwich.
The restaurant is also offering its generous Butcher’s Lunch as an upgrade, featuring USDA Prime hanger steak, 45+ day dry-aged ribeye and marinated galbi served alongside kimchi stew and egg soufflé. Dessert is a Korean soft serve topped with soy and caramel sauce.

Le Jardinier
One Star
Tucked into the Miami Design District, Le Jardinier is where to go for a refined, vegetable-forward approach to French cuisine. The MICHELIN-starred restaurant is known for its elegant presentations and seasonal ingredients. Miami Spice is an excellent opportunity to experience one of the destination’s most acclaimed dining rooms at a fraction of the usual price.
When it’s offered: Le Jardinier is offering a $40 lunch menu and a $65 dinner menu available Tuesday through Sunday.
What we’re ordering: Start with the burrata with pickled strawberries and rhubarb coulis; or the dorade crudo with ajo blanco, pickled grapes and dill oil for a supplement. Entrées standouts include a steelhead trout with pil pil sauce and crispy new potatoes; bomba rice with smoked bacon and roasted vegetables, or a hanger steak for an additional charge. Desserts include caramel sabayon, a strawberry eclair or the signature butterfly dessert with yuzu mousse and raspberry compote.
Double Luck
Bib Gourmand
Head to Upper East Side, where Double Luck has become one of Miami's buzziest neighborhood restaurants, so much so that it’s earned a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for its playful takes on American Chinese cuisine. This intimate and funky dining room is complemented by a lush outdoor patio and indoor-outdoor bars.
When it’s offered: During Miami Spice, Double Luck is offering a $50 dinner menu available Wednesday through Sunday.
What we’re ordering: The three-course menu begins with a choice of starters including crab leg rangoon stuffed with snow crab, cream cheese and garlic; char siu ribs glazed with five spice and scallions, or walnut shrimp served with pickled apple and honey aioli. From the entrées, order the restaurant's viral Hennessy orange chicken coated in a mandarin cognac sauce, soy braised short rib with shaved celery salad; or go for the tea smoked duck buns layered with hoisin, pickles, cucumber salad and chili oil. Dessert is a coconut rice pudding finished with passion fruit and black sesame brittle.

DOYA
Bib Gourmand
DOYA brings the flavors of the Aegean coast to Wynwood through vibrant mezze, wood-fired dishes and a lively indoor-outdoor dining experience where the drinks flow and sharing is always the best route. The restaurant's Miami Spice menu showcases the best of its modern Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
When it’s offered: For Miami Spice, DOYA is offering a $40 lunch menu and $65 dinner menu available daily. There’s also a $105 Signature Dining Experience on select dates.
What we’re ordering: For lunch, choose two mezze options to start, including tomato salad, avocado feta, kalamata and fava. Highlights from the larger plates include roasted cauliflower, shrimp ouzo and a wood-fired chicken thigh, followed by a dessert of baklava or chocolate cake.
Dinner offers a more expansive taste of the restaurant's signature dishes, including fresh artichoke bottoms, mini ribeye skewers and grilled octopus, to name a few. DOYA’s Signature Dining Experience is a chef's table event featuring five cold dishes, five hot dishes, three desserts and two cocktails served family-style, with the chef joining guests for the evening.
Tâm Tâm
Bib Gourmand
Tâm Tâm in Downtown Miami has been honored year after year with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for its modern, playful and affordable approach to Vietnamese cuisine. The tiny restaurant has a fun, retro diner feel, with a disco playlist, booth seating and a counter with swivel stools where you can watch colorful plates as they come out of the kitchen.
When it’s offered: During Miami Spice, this hot spot is offering a $50 dinner menu available Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What we’re ordering: The choice of appetizers include longtime Tâm Tâm favorites: scallop pomelo crudo, steak tartare and lotus root salad. As an added bonus, everyone ordering the Miami Spice menu gets their own personal order of the beloved sticky wings. Entrée highlights include an herby goat curry with rice noodles; the lamb wrap situation featuring betel leaf-wrapped lamb with all the accoutrements; and grilled branzino in ginger nuoc cham with cherry tomato herb salad and jasmine rice. Choose between a seasonal dessert or cashew passionfruit cheesecake for finish.

Azabu Miami Beach
Recommended
Located at the Stanton South Beach, MICHELIN Recommended Azabu is home to some of the best sushi in South Beach. The restaurant is inspired by the namesake Azabu district in Tokyo and is known for its traditional Japanese cuisine, pristine seafood and hidden omakase counter, The Den.
When it’s offered: Choose between a $50 dinner menu or an upgraded $65 dinner experience that’s available seven days a week. The Den at Azabu is also offering a Miami Spice Reserve omakase experience for $120 per person, available Tuesday through Saturday.
What we’re ordering: From the $50 dinner menu, order the hamachi miso with citrus soy and shiso followed by the wagyu hanger steak with plum teriyaki butter and braised mushrooms. Add the restaurant's signature miso black cod or a sashimi and nigiri platter for an additional charge. The $65 dinner menu includes two appetizer courses. For dessert, we’re ordering the matcha anmitsu.
For a true splurge, The Den’s Reserve omakase menu includes Japanese sea bass sashimi, a sushi tasting, bluefin tuna, uni, tuna handroll, red miso soup and creamy tofu pudding for dessert.
