Bokyung Byun

Bokyung Byun, a rising star in the classical guitar world, is set to take the stage at the Coral Gables Congregational United Church for the Thursday, July 25 installment of the 2024 Community Arts Program (CAP) Summer Concert Series. The first-ever female winner of the prestigious JoAnn Falletta International Guitar Concerto Competition, Byun has captivated audiences with her virtuosity and is now one of the most sought-after guitarists of her generation.

The series, now in its 39th season, presents a diverse lineup of classical and jazz artists across six concerts held every other Thursday from June 13 through August 22. All performances are hosted at the historic Coral Gables Congregational United Church, located across from the Biltmore Hotel.
