Community Action Day at Deering Estate

Help the Deering Estate achieve their conservation and restoration goals on Saturday, April 13, as part of Miami-Dade Parks' Live a Park Life coastal cleanup series. Led by the Deering Estate's team of naturalists, volunteers will remove invasive plants, plant native species, mulch and pick up litter from a partially forested area of the park.
Bring a reusable water bottle, long pants, long sleeve shirt and closed toe shoes. Volunteers will be provided with gloves, water cooler and receptacles for discarding trash.
