Is love a blessing or a burden? En La Vida Hay Amores (In Life, There is Love) tackles this timeless question through a captivating theatrical performance. This musical production, created by renowned Venezuelan journalist César Miguel Rondón, delves into the complexities of love through the power of boleros. The audience will be treated to a narrative by Rondón himself, accompanied by the musical stylings of acclaimed Cuban pianist and composer Lena Burke and Venezuelan cuatro player and singer-songwriter Rafael "Pollo" Brito. Together, they'll bring to life a story of love, loss and reconciliation through a repertoire of 30 boleros by legendary composers like Bobby Capó and Rafael Hernández.
Presented by 360 Content and directed by Juan Souki, this production boasts a talented supporting cast of musicians, including Adolfo Herrera on percussion Omar Herrera on guitar and Elvis Martínez on double bass, all under the direction of musical maestro Héctor Molina.
