Join the Adrienne Arsht Center for a vibrant celebration of Black freedom, music and culture. The Adrienne Arsht Center's Heritage Committee presents the third annual Juneteenth Juke Joint on Thursday, June 13. This celebratory event honors Juneteenth, the commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States.
The evening will feature a performance by Stout, a vocalist whose music draws inspiration from gospel and soul, along with elements of jazz, hip-hop, rock and more. Beyond the main performance, Juneteenth Juke Joint offers a multisensory experience. Guests arriving early at 6 p.m. can enjoy a special soul food-inspired happy hour menu and live music in the Ziff Ballet Opera House lobby, along with an art exhibition curated by The Black Archives.
The event is intended for audiences 18 and over. Tickets can be purchased for up to 4 guests, with the possibility of shared seating for orders up to 3 tickets.
