Are you interested in learning how technology can combat climate change? Frost Science's Tech Lab: Designing the Future for Climate Change offers a hands-on exploration of this critical topic on Sunday, April 14.
This workshop delves into the world of sustainable energy sources and their impact on mitigating climate change. Participants will discover the latest technology behind these solutions and explore how climate change will specifically affect South Florida. The program also features a session with environmental researchers who utilize cutting-edge tools to track and measure climate data. Learn how you can take action and protect the environment in your own community.
This program is designed for all ages, but attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The cost is $40 per participant and includes a take-home Salt-Powered Robot to continue the exploration at home! Parents and guardians who wish to attend but not participate in the hands-on activity can do so for $25.
Please note that general museum admission is required but separate from the Tech Lab registration fee. For more information or to inquire about registration, contact Frost Science at education@frostscience.org.
