Guests will see four main colors, all representing a specific meaning, throughout the hotel: brown to represent the earth, orange for the sun, green for nature and blue symbolizes the water.

Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Miami International Airport , and is located just minutes from Downtown Miami, Coral Gables and South Beach, and is near the 73-acre Miami Freedom Park, which will be the future home of Inter Miami CF, the city’s new Major League soccer team.

Fitness Fix

The hotel makes sure you don’t have any excuses to skip a workout — and you won’t need to leave your room to work up a sweat. All 190 guestrooms, which are larger than most hotel rooms at 400-square-feet or more, are equipped with resistance bands, an exercise ball, yoga mat and block, as well as on-demand fitness videos and a workout guide. Upgrade to a suite for spin bikes and a kitchenette. Guests are also provided lifestyle wipes to clean the equipment, along with a water bottle that can be refilled with water and ice at hydration stations on each floor. If you need the motivation of a group, head to the sprawling, 24-hour athletic studio armed with treadmills, TRX bands, spin bikes and weights. Yoga classed are held a few times a week on the outdoor lawn area, where the hotel also hosts fitness/social events with professional trainers a few times a year. Of course, you can also dive into the pool to swim laps, and then reward yourself for all that work by basking in the Miami sun. Sweaty clothes? No problem. The hotel offers same-day laundry service specifically for guests’ workout clothing.

Sleep Well

Since a good night’s sleep is an important part of any stay, lower the blackout shades and melt into cooling, eucalyptus linens and cloud-like mattresses. The hotel also offers guests more than 4,000 square feet of conference space.

Eat Well

Diets often get side-tracked during travels due to time constraints and unhealthy food choices, but EVEN’s onsite restaurant makes sure guests can continue their regular diets. In addition to a 24-hour market that sells healthy snacks and grab-and-go items, Cork & Kale restaurant offers gluten-free and heart-healthy choices as well as desserts, made-to-order smoothies and organic signature cocktails. Start the day in a healthy way with a veggie-stuffed, egg-white omelet, or sip the signature refresher, a kale and cucumber tonic. You can carb-load with braised short ribs that are finished with a mushroom ragout and served with sautéed spinach and kale, or keep it lean with salmon topped with a citrus pico and toasted quinoa. During the week, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., the restaurant offers guests 2-for-1 drinks with 25-percent off appetizers. Think cocktails made with fresh juices like a berry mojito or a cucumber mule.
