Amara x Parador La Huella Takeover
This event has passed.
Experience the culinary magic of Parador La Huella, one of the world’s most sought-after beachside restaurants, with a special Miami pop-up at Amara at Paraiso from June 21 to June 23. Founded on the sands of Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, in 2001 by friends Martín Pittaluga, Gustavo Barbero and Guzmán Artagaveytia, La Huella has garnered accolades such as Best Restaurant in Uruguay by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and Best Beachside Restaurant on the Planet by Bon Appetit magazine.
For one weekend only, La Huella will take over the second-floor terrace of Amara at Paraiso, bringing its renowned Uruguayan grilled seafood and signature dishes to Miami. Helmed by chef Vanessa González, the pop-up will recreate La Huella's laidback beachside ambiance with live music and stunning waterfront views. Each evening begins with a welcome drink crafted by La Huella’s lead mixologist, followed by passed canapés and a four-course, family-style dinner paired with Uruguayan wines by Brazos.
The menu features seaside specialties and grilled meats, including Crudo de Mar tartare, Caviar Tostada with Black River Caviar, Lobster al Ajillo, Squid Ink Paella, and Braised Lamb Shoulder. For dessert, indulge in La Huella classics like Lemon Crostata and Dulce de Leche Volcano. The pop-up will also offer brunch, with options such as chilled Gazpacho, La Huella Ceviche, Pumpkin and Queso Blanco Empanadas and Grilled Local Fish with roasted mushrooms, crispy polenta cake and aioli. Desserts include Passion Fruit Pie and Chaja, a Uruguayan sponge cake layered with seasonal fruits.
The pop-up dinners, priced at $250 per person, will be held on Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22, with a single seating at 7:30 p.m. and the brunch, priced at $150 per person, will be held on Sunday, June 23 at 1:00 p.m. Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to enjoy the flavors of Parador La Huella in a scenic Miami setting.
